What length should I choose?

14–16 inches adds fullness, natural volume and everyday elegance. 18–20 inches are our most versatile lengths, offering soft glamour and movement. 22–24 inches gives a glamorous, luxury look with noticeable length. 26–28 inches delivers maximum impact and ultimate glam.

How many bundles do I need?

For a full install we recommend 3 bundles for lengths 14–24 inches, and 4 bundles for 26 inches and above. If you love extra volume or layered looks, use 4 bundles regardless of length.

Can the hair be coloured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Core Collection can be coloured by a professional colourist. As the hair is raw it can be lifted, toned and customised. We do not recommend further colouring our Signature Shade Collection, as it has already been lightened and toned.

Do coloured bundles require extra maintenance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Signature Shade Collection has been professionally lightened and toned, so we recommend regular deep conditioning, a heat protectant before styling, and gently brushing from the ends upwards.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
